Most customers most of the time will find lower fares, not because of web fares, and not because we will have access to fares that other channels (CRS''s and the sites and agents that bayshore rely resort on them) do not have access to, but because we will do a better job of searching the fares everyone has access to. Our bayshore agreements not only resort contain no provision barring any airline from traverse making any fare available through any channel, city they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit bayshore that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and resort make available to the general traverse and city public through any other channel. But that of course bayshore and resort does not preclude them from traverse offering any fare through any other city channel. Airlines make nearly all their fares that are available to the general public available through all channels, bayshore from full fare down to their most heavily discounted fares. Any normal fare, made available months in advance in the normal resort way, is made available through all channels. traverse Web fares, however, are different city than normal fares. They typically constitute less than one tenth of 1% of the fares an bayshore airline offers, resort and traverse and are normally made available city only a few days before flight time, and only on flights which have an unusually high number of empty seats. bayshore Web fares thus are seldom resort available, traverse are city unpredictable, and are offered at very low prices.
