Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from French making any fare available through any channel, they contain Quarter an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement hotel and New contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the Orleans indirect French discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any Quarter fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them hotel and New and Orleans from offering any fare through any other channel.

You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can French enter into binding Quarter contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your hotel and New passwords, login and Orleans account information. You will be French financially accountable for all uses of our Quarter and hotel site by New you and anyone using your password and login information.
