Airlines make nearly all their fares that are available guesthouse to the general public intl available through all channels, from full fare down to their most heavily discounted fares. Any normal fare, made available months in advance in the normal way, is made available through all channels. Web fares, however, are different than normal fares. They typically constitute less than one tenth of 1% of gulfport and guesthouse the fares an airline offers, and are normally made available only a few days before flight time, and only on flights which have an unusually high number of empty seats. Web fares thus are seldom available, are unpredictable, intl and are offered at very low prices. You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding gulfport contracts (our site is not available for use by minors). You are responsible for guesthouse maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use intl our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. gulfport and guesthouse You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation intl in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct gulfport that would be considered a criminal guesthouse offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that intl no airline is prevented gulfport from making any fare it chooses available through any channel guesthouse and intl it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination gulfport clause by which those airlines guesthouse that intl will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking gulfport fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through guesthouse any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through intl any other channel gulfport.
