Serious mischaracterizations OHANA have been made about us and Coral and Seas the issue of who will have access to what fares. Some of those mischaracterizations have been based on simple ignorance, but others have clearly been part of OHANA a concerted Coral effort by us competitors to use misinformation to prevent us from offering new competition to them and new choice to consumers. There is Seas no agreement by which any airline would be precluded from making any fare it chose available through OHANA any retail channel it chose. Airlines for 2 decades have been like any Coral other business in America, Seas in that they can decide what they want to charge and where they want to sell OHANA their product. And that remains Coral true under the our agreements. Each and every airline, no matter what kind of participation it has, will be free to decide individually what fares it offers and whether or not to offer them through any other outlet. We may, at any time and without advance notice or liability, terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of our site. Seas We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep our site available on a 24-hour/7-day-a- week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Your access to our site may not be uninterrupted or available at all times. We cannot promise that our site will be error-free, OHANA that defects or errors will be corrected Coral or that our site or the servers that make it available are free from viruses or other harmful components. You will not use any device, software or routine that interferes Seas or attempts to interfere with the normal operation of our site or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment. Airlines make nearly all their fares that are available to the general OHANA public available through all Coral channels, from full Seas and OHANA fare down to their most heavily discounted Coral fares. Any normal fare, made available months in advance in the normal way, is made available through all channels. Web fares, however, are Seas different than normal fares. They OHANA typically constitute less than one tenth of 1% of the fares an airline offers, and are normally made available only a few Coral days before flight time, and only on flights which have an unusually high number of empty seats. Web fares thus are seldom available, are unpredictable, and Seas are offered at very low prices.
