Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline from making Orlando any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit resort and hotel that no airline is prevented from making any fare it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the Orlando indirect discount on the CRS booking fee agree in return to make available on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course does not preclude them from offering any fare through any other resort channel. You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter into binding contracts (our site is not available hotel for use by minors). You are Orlando responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. You may resort not use our site: to hotel make any false, fraudulent or speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of demand; to post or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, Orlando obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, or otherwise resort and hotel violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms. Most customers most of the time will find lower fares, not because of web fares, and not because we will have access to fares that other channels (CRS''s and the sites and agents Orlando that rely on them) do not have access to, but because we will do a better job of searching the fares everyone has access to. This will be because we have opted to do what the others have not, which is invest in new technology computers resort able to do far bigger searches, using search software hotel and Orlando that that was independently developed and is designed to search all fare and schedule resort possibilities comprehensively and without bias, and in telecommunications capacity that will provide absolutely the most current information on seat availability. It is expected that more than 99% of the time that we come up with a better fare, it will not be because we had access to any fare that its competitor did not. It will be because we did a more comprehensive and unbiased search hotel of all the fare and schedule possibilities that are available to all channels.
