Our agreements not only contain no provision barring any airline Panama from making any fare available City and Beach and - and Days through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it Inn explicit Panama that no airline City is prevented Beach from making any fare - and Days and Inn and Panama it chooses available through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause City by which those Beach airlines that will receive the - indirect Days and Inn and Panama discount on the CRS City booking Beach fee - and Days agree in return to Inn make available on any fare Panama and City they publish Beach and make available to the general - and Days public through any other channel. But that of course does Inn not preclude Panama them from offering City any fare through any other channel.

Serious mischaracterizations have been made about us and the issue of who will have access Beach to what - fares. Some of those mischaracterizations Days and Inn have been based on simple ignorance, but others have clearly been part Panama of a concerted effort by us competitors to use misinformation City and Beach to prevent - us from offering new competition to them and new choice Days and Inn to Panama consumers.
