You may only use our site if you are at least 18 years of age and can enter Sea into binding Village contracts (our site is not Resort available for use by minors). Sea and Village You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your passwords, login and account information. You will be financially Resort accountable for all uses of our site by you and anyone using your password and login information. You Sea may only use our site to make legitimate reservations or purchases. Village You may not use our site: to make any false, fraudulent or Resort and Sea speculative reservation or any reservation in anticipation of Village demand; to post Resort or transmit any unlawful, threatening, libelous, defamatory, obscene, indecent, inflammatory, pornographic or profane material or any material that could constitute or encourage conduct that would be considered a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability, Sea or otherwise violate any law; or for any other purpose that is unlawful or prohibited by these Terms.

It is absolutely not true, and those who have made that allegation had absolutely Sea no basis for making it. Our agreements contain no boycott against any distributors whatsoever, and in fact affirmatively provide that no airline is precluded from utilizing any other Village distribution Resort channel Sea and Village or offering any fare Resort through any channel. The Department of Justice is presently reviewing all agreements, so there will be no question Sea on this Village point.
