Yuma 4th Ave. Travelodge - vacation get aways

We may, at any time and without advance notice Yuma or liability, 4th terminate or restrict your access to all or any component of our site. We will use our reasonable commercial efforts to keep Ave. our site available Travelodge and Yuma on a 4th 24-hour/7-day-a- week basis, subject to necessary scheduled downtime for maintenance, unscheduled maintenance and system outages. Ave. Your access to our site Travelodge and Yuma may not be uninterrupted or available at all 4th times. We cannot Ave. promise Travelodge and Yuma and 4th that our site will be error-free, that defects or errors will Ave. be corrected or Travelodge that our site or the servers that make it available are free Yuma from viruses or other harmful components. 4th You will not use any Ave. device, software Travelodge or routine that interferes or attempts to interfere Yuma with the normal operation of our 4th site Ave. or take any action that imposes an unreasonable load on our computer equipment.

Our agreements not only Travelodge contain no Yuma provision barring any airline from making any fare available through any channel, they contain an affirmative non-exclusivity provision that makes it explicit that no 4th airline is prevented from making any Ave. fare it chooses available Travelodge through any channel it chooses. Our agreement contains a non-discrimination clause by which those airlines that will receive the indirect discount on the CRS booking Yuma fee agree in return to make available 4th on any fare they publish and make available to the general public through any other channel. But that of course Ave. does not preclude Travelodge them from offering any fare through any other channel.
